4th Entrepreneurship Day (2020)
In the 4th Entrepreneurship Day (2020), the Lab faced the pandemic crisis of the Covid19. For this reason, the event was canceled, and we focused on coaching in one of our student’s idea.
Eirini Vardaoulli from Karpathos, a student in the Department of Financial and Management Engineering, dreamed of her own business and her own Honey. She elaborated her idea in parallel with the Course of Entrepreneurship. She worked with passion for her dream and with absolute method, in collaboration with her brother. Finally, they manage to set up their own Honey Production and Trade Company, under the name Vale Meli.
All of us, in the MEIE Lab, we are proud of this result and very happy for our small contribution!
